If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to another guest. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will also be charged a $50 no-show fee.
