At Menditherapy, all products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this print-on-demand process, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. Please review the policy below carefully.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Report within 30 days of receiving your order
Include proof: Order number + clear photos of the issue
Resolution: Once approved, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
⚠️ We reserve the right to determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
⚠️ In most cases, returns are not required for defective items.
2. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Size Issues
Because each item is custom-made:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size or color selected by the customer.

3. Shipping Issues
Incorrect Address
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete:
The package may be returned to the fulfillment center. You will be responsible for reshipping costs
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is unclaimed and returned:
You will be responsible for reshipping fees
Lost in Transit
If your package is lost:
Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement at no cost.
4. Hygiene-Sensitive Products
For health and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., face masks, intimate apparel) cannot be returned or resold, even if returned.
5. International Orders
Customs & Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. These fees are not included in our prices.
Delivery Times
Orders typically arrive within 5–20 business days after fulfillment.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery due to customs fees:
The order may be destroyed or returned. No refund will be issued.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly:
Changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins (usually within a few hours).

Why does my apparel smell like vinegar?
This is normal from the eco-friendly printing process and disappears after the first wash.
