1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Report within 30 days of receiving your order
Include proof: Order number + clear photos of the issue
Resolution: Once approved, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
⚠️ We reserve the right to determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
⚠️ In most cases, returns are not required for defective items.
2. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Size Issues
Because each item is custom-made:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size or color selected by the customer.

3. Shipping Issues
Incorrect Address
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete:
The package may be returned to the fulfillment center. You will be responsible for reshipping costs

Lost in Transit
If your package is lost:
Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement at no cost.
