Cancellation Policy
To better serve all our clients, we kindly request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. No-shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will also result in a $50 fee. Payment method: cash, credit, debit, gift card, or reward points. "In-Home massages are available within a 10 km radius in Montreal. For distances beyond 10 km, an additional charge of $1 per kilometer will apply."
